A fleet run
by the book.
KRTOMLINSONRENTALS LLC is an equipment rental and dry-leasing company headquartered in La Verkin, Utah — aviation, marine, heavy, office, industrial and event fleets on one manifest.
Why we exist.
KRTOMLINSONRENTALS LLC was built around a gap every project manager knows: equipment is easy to find and hard to trust. The machine shows up, the paperwork doesn't match, the rate card changes shape mid-term, and the argument starts at return instead of at dispatch.
So we made the paperwork the product. Every unit in the fleet runs on a documented manifest — condition at dispatch, rate card in writing, swap terms if a machine goes down. The equipment is the commodity; the agreement is the craft.
The fleet spans six route groups — aircraft, commercial vessels, heavy construction and drilling machinery, office systems, industrial and agricultural equipment, and event support gear — because projects rent in clusters, not in categories.
The manifest is the product.
Anyone can hand over keys. The difference between a rental company and a yard full of machines is the document that travels with the unit — condition, rate, term, return standard.
How the yard runs.
Five operating rules behind every booking.
Serviced between every term
No unit redispatches without a return inspection and service check. The next lessee gets the machine the manifest describes — not the machine the last one left.
Rate cards, not quotes
Standard rates are published per term length. Delivery, minimums, deposits and damage liability are itemized in the agreement — not negotiated on the phone.
Condition documented twice
Dispatch photos and hour readings at pickup, the same at return. Disputes get settled by the document, not by memory.
Down units get swapped
Equipment fails — what matters is the response. A unit down through no fault of use gets exchanged for an equivalent, not left sitting until it heals.
Right equipment, right operator
Dry lease means you supply the operation — and we verify it's lawful. Aircraft require certificated pilots; regulated equipment requires documented qualification.
One desk, one delivery
Multi-category bookings run through the same manifest and the same schedule — a crane, a scaffold package and an office trailer arrive on one plan.
Company record.
The essentials, on file. For availability, rate cards and delivery quotes, use the booking form — the lease desk answers with live fleet status.
